CSI envisions a future broadband communication with fiber connecting all the customers while wireless connectivity complementing and overlaying the optical networking. Specifically, with this vision, CSI concentrates on WiMAX delivery over RFoG architecture.

Modem Testing and Repair

Currently, at the CableShoppe Inc. and its affiliates throughout the Americas, large quantities of modems are being tested for customer suitability every day. To keep the ever-growing base of high-speed internet users happy and satisfied with the internet services provided by cable, DSL and wireless internet providers, as well as modem manufacturers, the High Volume Modem Screening (HVMS) system designed by the CableShoppe Inc. is able to do this on a scale and at a speed as never seen before.

Digital Set-top Box Testing and Repair

With digital services being purchased by more and more customers, it is imperative that every piece of equipment used at the customers’ premises is held to the highest quality standards. With that in mind, the CableShoppe Inc. provides high quality digital set-top box testing and repair services to video and other potential service providers.

Network Equipment Repair

While one faulty set-top box or modem can disrupt the service to one customer, a faulty piece of equipment in the core network can disrupt services to thousands.
